Our Core Transportation Services: Our base rates include professional pickup, safe transportation, and drop-off to your destination. Mileage rates apply after the initial included 5-mile distance.

• Ambulatory (Walk-On) Service:

  • Weekday Business Hours: $25

  • Evenings/Weekends: $30

  • Holidays: $35

• Wheelchair Transportation Service:

  • Weekday Business Hours: $40

  • Evenings/Weekends: $45

  • Holidays: $48.50

II. Mileage Rates After the initial included distance, a per-mile charge will apply.

• Standard Mileage Rate: $2.75 per mile

• Evenings/Weekend Mileage: $3.25 per mile

• Holiday Mileage: $3.50 per mile

III. Additional Fees (As Applicable) These fees cover situations that require additional time, resources, or specialized care, ensuring we can continue to provide top-tier service.

• Wait Time Fee: A 15-minute grace period is provided for all scheduled pickups. After the grace period, wait time is charged at $15 for every 15 minutes. This fee helps us manage our schedule and ensure timely service for all clients.

• Cancellation Policy / No-Show Fee: Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the base service rate. A "No-Show" (client not present at the scheduled pickup without prior cancellation) will be charged 100% of the base service rate.

• Additional Stops: Each additional stop requested beyond the initial pickup and primary destination is $15 per stop.

• Additional Attendant: If an additional attendant is requested or required for client safety/assistance, it is $10 per trip.

• Cleaning Fee: In the event of significant soiling of the vehicle requiring professional cleaning, there is a $150 minimum fee.
